- Days shift, full-time, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Monitor, assess, and document patient health status and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Follow all safety, health, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Delaware
- Nursing certification relevant to long-term care/senior care
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate approach to elder care
