Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting
- Perform patient assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient information accurately using specified documentation systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
- Float to other units as needed, including acute hospital support
Required Qualifications
- Active NY LVN/LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in LTC/SNF setting
- Ability to fulfill floating requirements across units
- Valid and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of EMR systems (Sigmacare, Epic)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
