Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapy treatments.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision.
• Support patient rehabilitation and recovery through therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress notes.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Compassion and attentiveness to patient needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
