Job Title
- Respiratory Therapist
- Plattsburgh, NY
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, temporary assignment
- Provide respiratory therapy services to diverse patient populations, including neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
- Support patient care in the ICU, nursery, and emergency departments as needed.
- Maintain and operate respiratory equipment such as ventilators and monitors.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure documentation accuracy within EPIC healthcare system.
- Work on a rotation schedule with every other weekend shifts and bi-weekly orientation.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Current NY State license or proof of application
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
- Recent EPIC EMR experience (within the past 2 years)
- Experience in a teaching hospital and trauma level 2 facility
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including every other weekend and holidays
