Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in ICU and step-down units.
• Float between ICU and IMCU as needed, maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license (e.g., State Nursys License Verification).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in ICU or IMCU settings.
• Strong neuro ICU experience is essential.
• Up-to-date skills checklist and certification card.
• Clear work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days.
• Ability to provide references upon request.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with patient float nursing.
• Strong skills in neuro patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing patient needs and environments.
