Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and monitor telemetry data for cardiac patients
• Read and interpret cardiac rhythms accurately and pass hospital proctored rhythm identification tests
• Complete required Epic charting and documentation in a timely manner
• Fulfill minimum two years of current telemetry experience, with critical drip and CVA experience preferred
• Float within hospital units as needed based on skill set and patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid New York State Nursing License in hand
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms with passing score on hospital rhythm test (>80%)
• Epic charting experience
• Minimum two years of relevant nursing experience in telemetry or critical care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with critical drips and cerebrovascular accident (CVA) management
• Recent experience within the past year in telemetry settings
• Experience working in ED, ICU, Cath Lab, or Urgent Care environments
• Knowledge of Relias EKG exam requirements and passing at 100%

Travel and Compliance Notes

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Saratoga Springs, with restrictions based on certain counties
• Must complete and pass required modules including Relias EKG exam prior to orientation
• Must submit recent Nursys profile, valid certifications, and references at time of application

• Night shift, 19:00 to 07:30, 12-hour shifts, three nights per week
