• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic, neuro, imbalance, and weakness diagnoses in inpatient, rehab, and outpatient settings
• Manage an average of 10-12 patients per day in a fast-paced environment
• Cover acute inpatient, swingbed rehab, and outpatient areas, typically 2-3 hours per day in inpatient/swingbed and remaining time in outpatient therapy
• Follow clinical protocols and documentation requirements, including patient assessments and treatment planning
• Collaborate with medical team and rehab aides to ensure patient progress and safety

Required Qualifications

• Current WI state license as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient or inpatient experience (preferably 3 years) outside of school
• Ability to handle a busy, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with Cerner electronic health records system (preferred)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Experience in orthopedic, neuro, or balance therapy
• Prior work with Marshfield (must have end date at least 6 months prior to application)
• Skilled in managing acute care caseloads and swingbed rehab
