Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) units
• Lead and manage clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Implement policies and procedures to promote operational efficiency and staff development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of resident care

Required Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience in LTC/SNF settings
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent management, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (preferred)
• Valid state-specific healthcare management license or certification

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a managerial or director role within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare billing processes
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
