Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to manage high-acuity cases and ensure patient safety
• Assist in patient assessment, stabilization, and treatment planning
• Support department operations during high patient surge times
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN or equivalent)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an ED RN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or must obtain within 30 days of hire
• 2 years of charge nurse or leadership experience in the ED preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience at a Level 3 trauma center or similar high-volume ED setting
• Knowledge of trauma, chest pain, and stroke protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, high-pressure environment
