Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the ER setting.

- Follow established policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
- Act as a caregiver when needed, supporting patient comfort and safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs.
- Manage resources effectively, including staffing, supplies, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in Texas or appropriate state licensing.
- Experience working in an emergency department or acute care setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and safety procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Bilingual abilities a plus.
