• Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist
Location
• Canton, GA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech therapy services to patients within an acute care setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
• Support patient progress through skilled intervention and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Work a schedule that includes at least 2 weekends every 4 weeks, with a preference for 4 weekends.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SPL or CCC-SLP).
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior acute care experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency with MBS/FEES procedures is a plus but not required.
