- Days, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provides compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administers medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with physician orders
- Monitors and records patients' health status and reports any changes to the healthcare team
- Ensures compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong patient care and assessment skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and document care accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in SNF or LTC environments
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
