Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sterilizing and decontaminating surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure all processing procedures meet hospital and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of instrument processing.
- Support orthopedic and robotic surgical instrument preparation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment adhering to high performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Level I or Level II trauma center experience.
- Strong orthopedic and robotic processing skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 3 pm - 11:30 pm or 7 am - 5:30 pm, depending on schedule).
- Certification or relevant training in sterile processing preferred.
- Ability to meet performance standards consistently.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital setting with trauma cases.
- Familiarity with robotic surgical instruments and techniques.
