Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine techniques.
- Prepare and administer radioactive materials safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Assist physicians with image acquisition and patient positioning.
- Ensure all procedures comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Document and file images and patient information accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or licensure in nuclear medicine technology.
- Proven experience in nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety standards and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or medical imaging center.
- Knowledge of multiple imaging modalities related to nuclear medicine.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
