Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical surgical unit specializing in orthopedics/spine.
- Monitor and assist patients with traction, spine, hip, and joint precautions.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate and effective care.
- Assist with procedures such as total joint and spine surgeries.
- Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and equipment guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse licensure
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Ability to work night shifts and travel for 13-week assignments
- Experience with traction, spine, hip, and joint precautions preferred

- Familiarity with traction equipment and orthopedic procedures
