Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory care to adult ICU, ED, NICU level III patients and, if required, PICU patients.
• Manage patient ventilation and airway management protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately, including NICU levels and all relevant clinical details.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential, no CRT accepted.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required; NRP required upon submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience with Epic EMR within the past two years.
• Teaching hospital experience preferred.
• Prior travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Ability to document all employment history thoroughly, including NICU levels.
• Must have reliable transportation; personal or rental vehicle recommended, equipped for winter months.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a variety of hospital specialties.
• Demonstrated ability to work flexible schedules with weekend availability.
