- Full-time, days, 4x10-hour shifts (Friday to Monday, with weekend coverage), no on-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) scans in a tertiary hospital setting
- Operate Siemens CT equipment, with preferred experience on Phillips machines
- Adhere to all safety and radiation protocols, including maintaining valid radiation badges
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate imaging and patient care
- Document procedures using Epic charting system
- Work within scope and float within the hospital department as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT (CT), SCRQSA (CT), and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT technologist
- Experience with Siemens CT equipment (preferred: Phillips)
- Valid SC license or completion of application process with proof of license submission
- Radiation badge must be provided by staffing agency (MUSC does not supply badges)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume, tertiary hospital environment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on a flexible schedule
- Knowledge of Epic charting system
