Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients as assigned.
• Complete necessary documentation related to patient care, including coordination with ATI.
• Adhere to licensure and facility requirements, ensuring all credentials are active and valid.
• Follow established protocols for setting and delivering therapy interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Attend to administrative and documentation procedures accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapist license.
• Experience in setting therapy interventions.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to start with a compact license, with immediate progress toward full licensure.
• Compliance with all credentialing requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of ATI documentation processes.
• Existing or previous work history with ATI, including eligibility considerations.
