Job Title

• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, including weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical respiratory care including ventilator management for ICU and critical care patients
• Rotate into OB Nursery and participate in STAT C-Section procedures as required
• Respond to changes in workload in emergency situations
• Work effectively in a team environment, maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Adhere to all licensure, certification, and registration requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license issued by the Delaware Board of Physician Quality Assurance
• Graduation from a 2-4 year Respiratory Therapy program with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• ARRT, CRT, or RRT certification required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU and/or Critical Care experience with ventilator management preferred
• Experience working in fast-paced emergency or neonatal settings advantageous
