Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting.
• Perform patient assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient encounters accurately using electronic medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Float within the hospital as needed based on patient care demands.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State RN license (pending license with clear ETA acceptable).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via AHA.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification via AHA.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification via AHA.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• Travel-related expenses may apply, depending on candidate status.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified in CPI or CIC (optional; available after 3 months for travelers).
• Ability to work flexibility including weekends and holidays.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
