Schedule / Job Type
- Part-time, night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status.
- Document and report patient conditions accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in a long-term care environment.
- Bilingual abilities or additional certifications are a plus.
