• Full-time, contract, nights (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing ECG rhythms and responding appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Comply with all facility policies, including holiday work requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing prior to travel.
• Active Ohio or Compact state nursing license in hand.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Recent (within 6 months) Epic charting experience.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, ANM, or director in the specialty applied for (charge RN references acceptable).
• No license or background hits; BG screening within the past 12 months.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (Cotinine) test within 12 months (exempt for nurses and CSTs).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working night shifts in a hospital setting.
• Prior utilization of Lotus for timesheets and certifications recorded via Silkroad.
