• Part-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ICU patient care across multiple campuses, including Bucyrus and Galion, with willingness to float as needed.
• Follow all hospital policies for medication scanning, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate shift coverage, including making up missed shifts and managing time off requests within policy guidelines.
• Respond promptly to on-call assignments, arriving at the facility within one hour as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent and consecutive ICU experience in a hospital or acute care environment.
• Valid state nursing license; pending licenses are not accepted.
• Knowledge of medication scanning protocols.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Epic electronic medical record system experience.
• Ability to float between campuses in Mansfield, Bucyrus, and Galion.
• Previous experience in a smoke-free facility.
