Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients to improve their daily functioning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Assess client progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress notes
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Occupational Therapist license
- Relevant certification in occupational therapy
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and assessment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Ability to develop tailored treatment plans for diverse patient populations
