Key Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients under physician supervision.
- Assist in a variety of small to complex interventional treatments using advanced equipment.
- Ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient interactions.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Valid State of Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license.
- ARRT-R (Radiography) certification.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Interventional Radiology experience in a busy lab setting.
- Neuro and trauma procedure experience is a plus.
- Certification in ARRT Cardiac, Interventional, or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography within two years of hire.
