Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using computerized systems, including training on EPIC software.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff, nursing personnel, and administrative teams to ensure quality care.
• Communicate clearly with patients and their families to motivate and educate regarding therapy plans.
• Follow department dress code and practice safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Maryland State licensure for Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Competence in utilizing computerized documentation systems (training provided).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility in schedule, including call and floating responsibilities as needed.
