Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adult patients on medical-surgical and tele units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans per hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital standards.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Ohio RN license or current Compact State license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignments.
• Recent (within the last 18 months) MS/Tele experience, including travel experience.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and pass associated assessments during orientation.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores.
• Willingness to work at least every other holiday.
• Completion of BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing the contract.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a hospital setting supporting adult acute care.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced environments.
