- LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
- Grantsboro, NC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, temporary (8-week assignment)
- Night shifts, 12 hours per shift
- 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends every other week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents
- Complete assessments, administer medications, and support resident needs during night shifts
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies during assigned shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or a valid compact license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent GERI LPN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PCC experience
- 18 months of LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
