Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret heart rhythms for a high-volume patient population
- Analyze and report cardiac rhythms accurately using GE Carescape system
- Build end-of-shift reports within the monitor system
- Add and discharge patients from the monitoring system
- Communicate effectively with floor staff via desktop phone and mobile application
- Maintain diligent call logs and multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Previous travel or remote monitoring experience
- Telemetry competency with the ability to analyze heart rhythms
- Ability to pass basic cardiac rhythm test
- Excellent attendance record
- Proficient in typing and basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of iPhone operation and electronic communication
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CNA background or cardiac nursing experience
- Medical terminology knowledge
- ECG-Board Certified
- Prior experience with GE Carescape monitoring system

Additional Details
- Shifts: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, rotating with weekend and on-call shifts as scheduled
- Worksite: 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC
- Travel assignment duration: 13 weeks
- Shift volume: Monitors approximately 336 patients across multiple hospitals
- Must bring own food—facility does not have a cafeteria
- Sit-to-stand desks available for ergonomic comfort
- Dress code: Business casual or scrubs of your choice
Note: Candidates must have telemetry competence, remote monitoring experience, and the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms to be considered.
