Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Implement treatment plans designed to improve patients' functional abilities
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery goals
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience or training in occupational therapy preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a healthcare facility or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of therapy documentation software
- Compassionate approach to patient care
