Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Support therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed therapists
• Assist with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or credential
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work days with no weekend rotation
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a well-established SNF environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Additional Notes

• 10% salary placement fee
• Salary range: $35.00 - $52.00 per hour
• Shifts are scheduled for 8.5 hours, Monday through Friday
