Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Float to other units as needed, ensuring competent performance in various clinical settings.
• Adhere to established protocols and maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Document care provided accurately in electronic medical records (EPIC experience required).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit.
• EMR experience with EPIC (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to floating to other units.
• Must send Social Security Number with application submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting within the last year.
• Ability to complete required pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of start.
• Willingness to float to various units based on census needs and demonstrated competencies.
