Job Title

• Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT / MLS / CLS)

Location

• Seaford, DE

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts (including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform, evaluate, and correlate laboratory test procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in the selection and evaluation of routine and non-routine test methods.
• Participate in training and professional development of laboratory personnel, students, and new staff.
• Support administrative and technical functions within the laboratory.
• Respond to emergencies and disaster situations as required.
• Work in a 24/7 staffed laboratory environment, with flexibility for overtime and additional shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS)
• Certification eligibility with ASCP for MLT or MLS
• Entry level candidates accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
