Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a patient caseload of 13-15 patients per day.
• Work approximately 10-hour shifts split between two clinics within a one-hour drive.
• Deliver a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient therapy, approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work across multiple clinical settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Comfort with traveling between clinics.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.
