Job Title
• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
• Lebanon, NH
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, on a 12.5-hour schedule, scheduled for 3 shifts per week, working Mondays, Fridays, and alternate weekends
Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor patient health status and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Proven experience in LTC (Long-Term Care) or SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and caregiving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous work in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate approach and ability to handle a diverse resident population
