Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and respond to medical emergencies.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive health records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts.
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
