Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, on a 3-shift per week schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Monitor patient health status and document changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Ability to work night shift and adapt to shift schedule
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facility operations
- CPR and first aid certification
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
