Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 nights per week (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor patients in the Observation unit connected to the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient condition, document findings, and support clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care before potential admission.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Complete patient documentation accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications

• Current KS or Compact RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Emergency Department or Observation Unit.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Willingness to work 3 nights per week.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Knowledge of clinical observation protocols.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
