Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts (Night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM; Day: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret ECG rhythms, and administer medications safely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Work at least every other holiday as part of the scheduling rotation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols during all shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Valid Ohio RN license or Compact license in hand prior to assignment.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Experience working in a hospital environment with recent MS/Tele experience, travel experience accepted.
• Must work at least every other holiday during the assignment.
• Successful completion of background check (BCI/FBI) within 48 hours of signing contract.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working within the Cleveland Clinic system is a plus.
• Active and current state licenses without pending issues.
• Strong assessment skills in ECG interpretation and medication administration.
