Key Responsibilities
• Perform complex testing across multiple laboratory disciplines including chemistry, hematology, blood bank, and microbiology.
• Ensure accurate, timely results while adhering to quality control and safety protocols.
• Maintain proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to support laboratory operations and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
• Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing complex laboratory testing in various disciplines.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a high-volume clinical laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with laboratory accreditation and compliance standards.
