- Full-time, Mids, 8.5-hour shifts, five shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Follow established protocols and maintain accurate documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident outcomes
- Adhere to facility policies and state regulations regarding patient care
- Maintain professional standards and provide compassionate, patient-centered service
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN / LPN license
- Must have own transportation (public transportation is limited)
- Ability to commit to every weekend shift
- Must be able to pass background checks and meet facility requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
