Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Mids, 8.5-hour shifts, five shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Follow established protocols and maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Adhere to facility policies and state regulations regarding patient care
• Maintain professional standards and provide compassionate, patient-centered service

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN / LPN license
• Must have own transportation (public transportation is limited)
• Ability to commit to every weekend shift
• Must be able to pass background checks and meet facility requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
