Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate patient care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs for high acuity patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Respond to patient emergencies and perform necessary interventions
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of PCU RN experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIHSS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills
• High acuity drip medication management
• Experience with arterial line management and bipap/airvo devices
