Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Document patient care and treatment progress thoroughly and accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize efficiency and patient throughput.
• Work independently while adhering to clinic policies and protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting with a focus on post-surgical patients.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with supervisor approval for overtime.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or post-surgical therapy experience.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics as needed (note: this role does not require float).
• Experience working with a varied patient demographic in outpatient settings.
