• Contract, 13-week assignment
• Day shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• 3 shifts per week, days only

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Assist with activities of daily living and distribute medications as per protocol
• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Collaborate with healthcare team to support resident needs
• Adhere to infection control protocols, including flu vaccination requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• 1+ year of experience as a CNA in LTC/SNF settings
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Ability to travel within a 75-mile radius; local travelers at reduced rate
• Valid state or compact license in WV or pending license acceptable
• Reliable references from recent employment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Travel experience preferred
• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations
