- Contract, 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- 3 shifts per week, days only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living and distribute medications as per protocol
- Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support resident needs
- Adhere to infection control protocols, including flu vaccination requirements
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- 1+ year of experience as a CNA in LTC/SNF settings
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Ability to travel within a 75-mile radius; local travelers at reduced rate
- Valid state or compact license in WV or pending license acceptable
- Reliable references from recent employment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Travel experience preferred
- Previous experience working with diverse patient populations
