Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities to restore mobility
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
• Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation required by external agencies

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Washington
• Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Ability to work days, Monday through Friday, totaling five shifts per week
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Equipment provided during the interview process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with documentation requirements for therapy agencies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
