- Days shift / Full-time, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in administering patient treatments and therapeutic exercises
- Monitor and document patient progress according to treatment plans
- Support patients in performing therapeutic activities and ensure safety during sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Follow established protocols and comply with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in physical therapy assistance preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient or rehab settings
- Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records systems
