Job Title

• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Schedule / Job Type

• Part-time, Day shifts, approximately 4 days per week, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapy sessions.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Support patient rehabilitation efforts through prescribed exercises and therapies.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy procedures and therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
