Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and provide quality patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Knowledge of elderly care and chronic condition management
