Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with patient assessments and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license
  • Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts and provide quality patient care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
  • Knowledge of elderly care and chronic condition management
