Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shift, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Follow care plans and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in LTC/SNF settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
