Schedule / Job Type

  • Full-time, days shift, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide bedside nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Administer medications and monitor patient health status
  • Follow care plans and document patient progress accurately
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in LTC/SNF settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
