Key Responsibilities
• Provide care to patients who meet medical step-down level of care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and vital signs.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each shift.
Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• BSN or professional certification recognized by the Magnet Recognition Program.
• Experience working in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
